Prior to production, a pre-print proof will be provided for your approval, and it is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all aspects, including content, spelling, layout, and colour. 

Once approval has been given, Quench will proceed with printing based on the approved proof. 

Quench cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies that were present in the approved proof, and any reprints or corrections required thereafter may incur additional costs.
